Initial consultation

  • Free, 20-minute virtual session

This isn’t a sales call. It has to be right for both of us.

The Burnout-To-Recovery Program

Starts with:

  • Get Beyond Burnout: Not Your Usual Wellness Workshop which includes 1.5 CNE’s

  • A comprehensive burnout assessment

  • Coaching sessions every 2 weeks (more frequent when needed for extra support)

  • Healing Huddle group sessions with a friendly shame-free inclusive community, held twice a month

  • A 3-month commitment to yourself and the program

Ends with:

  • You feeling more regulated and engaged in your life

  • A follow-up comprehensive burnout assessment so you can see how far your hard work has taken you out of burnout

  • Quarterly Webinars with a 25% discount for 1-year from the start of the program to keep you engaged in your journey out of burnout

More change and better results are felt in a three-month time frame, so it is encouraged to commit to the full amount of time to give yourself the space to implement changes and see improvements.

  • Initial month value - $725

  • Second/Third month value - $650

  • Your monthly cost - $450 (total investment $1350)

This can be billed monthly or paid in full up front

Just need an occasional supportive space for a check-in?

  • Individual coaching sessions are $300/session. This is a great option for those times you are struggling and need some guidance

  • If cost is a barrier for you, I still encourage you to schedule the consultation call so we can discuss other burnout support options
