Virtual 50-minute sessions every two weeks with flexibility for weekly sustained support on a HIPAA-compliant platform

Your Investment
Every other week, you get 50-minute sessions for $350 per month.
More change and better results are felt in a three-month frame, so it is encouraged to commit to three months at a time to give yourself the space to implement changes and see improvements.
There is flexibility to be seen weekly if you need more frequent support.
This can be billed monthly or paid in full up front.
Individual coaching sessions outside of what is included in the coaching program are $200/session. This is a great option for those times you need a check-in or a nervous system tune-up.
