and the trauma we experience
Doris Taylor, RN BSN is passionate about guiding those who care for others into a deeper understanding of the patterns that keep them in cycles of overwhelm, exhaustion and burnout. With 25 years working as a nurse, she intimately knows how these cycles impact every aspect of a person's life. After quitting her career as a pediatric staff nurse in 2021 due to intense burnout, she’s done the deep work to understand the root causes and how to shift those patterns to create sustained recovery.
She has lived and worked in the Seattle area for over 20-years after working as a travel nurse. Starting in 2026, she is co-hosting “You Are Not The Problem Podcast: From Trauma to Possibility” with two therapy friends.
