Burnout can manifest as feelings of exhaustion, detachment and a diminished sense of personal enjoyment or satisfaction in life.
Your journey is personal and so is your experience with burnout. We’re here to honor that, to listen, and to walk with you toward healing and resilience. Coaching helps you connect all the pieces of you to create the life you want to live.

Getting Beyond Burnout Workshop
In this 90-minute workshop you will learn the 3 key components that keep you in burnout. If you don't address & acknowledge the first 2, no matter how many jobs you take, you are still at risk for sliding back into that hole of chronic exhaustion & overwhelm.

Burnout Support Group for Everyone in Healthcare
Learn new tools to help you soothe your nervous system. Then discuss how to implement & integrate them into your life so it’s not something you used to do but continue to use effectively. Access a supportive community to ease your feeling of isolation, learn something new, create connection.
This is NOT group therapy or trauma dumping.
Groups are held the 2nd and 4th Thursday evening at 7p, Pacific Time via Zoom. Register HERE.
Personal Coaching Sessions
Coaching builds awareness, empowers choice and leads to change. When working together, you will be assessed for what is keeping you from living your best life, or even the life you used to have. Then we will work together to implement the most effective tools for you to achieve what you want & desire.
Specific issues you may be struggling with:
Disrupted sleep patterns (unable to wind down after your shift effectively, not falling asleep, waking up at 3am, feeling more tired upon waking than when you went to sleep)
Nervous system dysregulation
Maladaptive coping skills with chronic stress
This coaching is right for you if you work in healthcare in any aspect. My passion is fellow nurses but welcome caregivers, midwives, CNA’s, FSC’s, HUC’s, PT’s, OT’s, all y’all are welcome (except MD’s).

After working in healthcare for over 20 years and quitting in 2021 due to severe burnout, I’ve created the resources I wish I’d had when I was in chronic stress & overwhelm.
I started my career working in adult med-surg and ended my career after working in a pediatric clinic for 13 years. Bringing the knowledge from my career along with what I’ve learned in my own journey and the courses I’ve taken to inform my practice, I’ve created a personal coaching practice and a workshop that speaks directly to those working in healthcare with the intention of reframing how burnout is viewed and what can be done.
