Getting Beyond Burnout Workshop

Nurse Burnout Workshop

January 24th, 2026

At 9 AM (Pacific)

Virtual via Zoom

Burnout is a symptom of the systems we navigate, the trauma we experience and nervous system dysfunction.

This experience will guide you through a deeper understanding of each subject, how they relate to you and give you concrete next steps. Rooted in compassion, structured in science to create those aha! connections that leads to unimagined growth.

Nurses receive 1.5 CE’s given from Debriefing the Front Lines.

This workshop grew from decades of experience working in the American healthcare system and attending other burnout workshops that left me feeling alone and unheard.

If you are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and disengaged from life, no matter what field you are in, this workshop will resonate with you.

Cost: $75

Length: 90 minutes with time for Q & A afterwards

Facilitated by Doris Taylor, RN BSN who is passionate about guiding you into a deeper understanding of the patterns that keep you in cycles of overwhelm, exhaustion and burnout. With 25 years working as a nurse, she intimately knows how these cycles impact every aspect of a your life. After quitting her career as a staff nurse in 2021 because of intense burnout, she’s done the deep work to understand the causes and how to shift those patterns to create sustained recovery.
